CUSTOMER CARE GUARANTEE: You will NEVER be sent product without your authorization. We have a customer care provider available from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time daily if you have any questions. All you have to do is contact us!

Shipping: All products are shipped via UPS Ground. You MUST provide a physical address for shipping.

Autoship: FREE SHIPPING for Monthly or Every-Other-Month Orders. Monthly Automatic Shipment is only available AFTER the first order. First time orders are charged minimum shipping of $7.50 or 7.5% of the order total.   When on Autoship and your monthly product order is $50.00 or more.   Hawaii , Alaska , and International orders do not qualify for free shipping when on Autoship.

Taxes: Taxes will be added to your order per the tax code for your state. If your taxes or shipping charges are not automatically calculated as you check out, we will contact you via email with exact additional charges.

International Orders: Orders outside the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping. If your shipping charges are not automatically calculated as you check out, you should contact us for the exact shipping charges. Otherwise, we will contact you via email with exact additional charges after your order has been placed.

Preferred Customer Membership: All first time orders will be given a Preferred Customer Membership for NO CHARGE. This will give you your own secure personal web site to make future orders from. From this web site, you'll receive the latest in product information and get great discounts. If you order from our site in the future and are charged for the Preferred Customer Membership, this cost will be deducted from your handling charge.
